Your new role

We are looking for an Associate Marketing Coordinator for Oncology in the EMEA team with the following responsibilities:

  • To coordinate relevant EMEA Customer Facing Marketing led events. 
  • To support EMEA Oncology marketing in the coordination of Oncology Marketing tactics 
  • To support and coordinate Oncology portfolio marketing projects as required. 
  • To coordinate Eisai presence at key international congresses for the EMEA Oncology Marketing Team E.G (ASCO, ESMO, EIKCS, EAU etc.)


What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrable experience in a regional team within the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Proven experience of organising medium to large scale meetings, conferences, and exhibitions - essential
  • Good computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Sound knowledge of budgetary procedures and understanding in processing project expenses – essential
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in cross functional teams amongst a wide range of cultures- essential.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a high level of motivation towards achieving team and personal objectives- essential. 
  • Intermediate/advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.  In addition, a good level of knowledge of databases, including Outlook.  
  • Experience of SharePoint collaboration tools (training will be provided)
