The Company
Eisai is a leading research based pharmaceutical organisation with an extensive portfolio across the Oncology, Neurology and Pain therapy areas.
Eisai Manufacturing is the hub of Eisai’s production and supply chain. We make tablets, package these into blisters, label and package vials and bottles. We also manage the wider medicines supply chain and other companies who undertake work on our behalf.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Compliance Coordinator to join our Production Operations team. In this role, you will support compliance activities to ensure Eisai Manufacturing Ltd (EML) remains fully aligned with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal Eisai procedures.
This is a day-based position, supporting the Manufacturing department (operating across double day shifts).
You will play a key role in ensuring all operations are conducted in accordance with Eisai Corporate Standards, the Eisai Quality System, GMP and GDP guidelines, and wider industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the delivery of operational excellence by ensuring:
- A safe working environment is maintained at all times, with all near misses and incidents reported in accordance with procedures
- The quality of products is assured through strict adherence to processes and standards
- Opportunities to improve operations and reduce costs are identified and driven through continuous improvement initiatives
- Eisai’s human health care (hhc) philosophy is embedded in daily activities
- Stakeholder and customer expectations are clearly understood and met through effective communication
- Individual and team performance aligns with agreed objectives and demonstrates expected behaviours and competencies
Additional Responsibilities:
- Tracking and coordinating Production QMSI activities to maintain compliance
- Creating and updating Production Batch Documents
- Authoring SOPs and Training Records in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Supporting and facilitating Quality Risk Assessments (QRAs) with SMEs
- Assisting with EHS Risk Assessments
- Completing actions, CAPAs, and effectiveness checks
- Participating in quality investigations
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Undertaking any additional duties as requested by Production Management

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual who can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Key skills and experience:
- Strong accuracy and documentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across the organisation
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulations (desirable)
